These pins feature a nice brushed silver finish and say "PMD It's rare, but everywhere!" with a dark blue ribbon in the background. They are die cast with enamel color details, and are 0.875 inch in diameter. They can be purchased with a denim ribbon in your choice of two sizes, or without a ribbon. The lanyards are 3/4 inch wide and about 19 inches long (including the clip), and are made of woven polyester. We are offering them with and without a clear plastic name tag/badge pocket. They are a great size for name tags, work and security badges, credit cards, etc.. By donating this way you will be helping a family who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. Over the years we have had several families whom would have missed out on this once in a lifetime opportunity had it not been for the kindness of someone else. It is our wish that every family who wants to would be able to attend the conference at least one time, however for some the cost is simply too great. By adding this as an option we are hoping to be able to help more families whom we feel could benefit greatly from attending the conference. You can choose to just sponsor a family for anywhere from one night to as many as four. Four nights would give the family the opportunity for the maximum about of time getting to know and bonding with other families affected by this rare disease.
